Shipping Policy

1. B2B shipments only

OPINSTAR ships exclusively to business addresses (companies, self-employed professionals, sole proprietors and other commercial buyers). Please provide your business name at checkout.

2. Shipping regions

We currently ship physical products (including the Smart Review Display) to:

·       Switzerland

·       United States

·       Canada

Additional countries will be added after the initial launch phase. If you would like to order from another country, please contact us at contact@opinstar.com.

3. Shipping costs and delivery times

 

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are indicative and start from the day the order is dispatched, not from the day it is placed.

4. Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

5. Import duties and taxes

·       Switzerland: Swiss VAT (8.1%) is added at checkout. No further duties.

·       United States and Canada: Prices are shown excluding tax. Any import duties, customs fees or local sales taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Delayed or lost shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time plus 7 business days, please contact us at contact@opinstar.com with your order number. We will investigate together with the carrier.

7. Wrong address

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check it. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you and re-ship the order once the corrected address and a second shipping fee are received.
